- - Step 1: Pick Your Time. Choose a date and time that works best for you on our online calendar.
- - Step 2: Secure Your Session. Complete your payment to officially reserve your spot in our schedule.
- - Step 3: Let's Connect! You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link for our video consultation or the address for the face-to-face consultation.
- ● Custom Itinerary Design and any bookings for your trip are not included.
Cancellation Rule:
- 24-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you!
- Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (including “no-shows”) are non-refundable, as we have already reserved your time and potentially a venue.
- Make-up Sessions: If you miss a face-to-face session and wish to reschedule, your make-up session will be held via Zoom. This helps us keep our services affordable by avoiding double venue costs.
- Late Arrivals: If you’re running late, we will still finish at the scheduled time to stay on track for our next traveler.

- Start by telling us your travel dreams! Use our Contact Form to let us know your interests, must-see spots, and your preffered travel pace.
Step 2: Review your custom drafts
- Based on your input, we'll design a couple of unique itinerary outlines for you to review.
These drafts will showcase different ways to experience Japan tailored specifically to your style.
Step 3: Confirm & Receive your final plan
- Once you choose the itinerary you love, we'll ask for a quick digital confirmation to lock in the details.
You'll then receive your polished, day-by-day Japan adventure guide, ready for your trip!

Flight, Hotel, Transport, and Activities Bookings (Self-service)
Cancellation Rule:
- The “Work Commenced” Rule: Once we have had our initial consultation and I have started designing your custom itinerary, the design fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the hours of research and local knowledge used to build your dream trip.
- Revisions: We want you to love your plan! Your fee includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. If you decide to cancel the project after receiving the first draft, the fee remains non-refundable as the “knowledge” has already been shared.
- Change of Mind: If you choose not to travel for personal reasons or simply change your mind, the itinerary design fee cannot be refunded or transferred to other services
Booking Service
Once your itinerary is ready, we’ll take care of the bookings. We take the stress out of communicating with shops and venues that don’t have English websites or online booking systems. Whether it’s a phone-only ryokan or a local workshop, whether it’s just one booking or your whole trip, we’ve got you covered.

- ● How It Works...

Step 1: Submit Your List
- Provide us with the specific names, dates, and times for the restaurants, hotels, or activities you want booked. -
Step 2: Advance Payment
- To begin the reservation process, we require full payment of our service fee and any applicable reservation deposits upfront. -
Step 3: Real-Time Booking
- Our team immediately gets to work securing your requests. If a requested venue is fully booked, we will notify you immediately. -
Step 4: Confirmation & Alternatives
- Once secured, you’ll receive a final confirmation. If a choice was unavailable, we’ll include a complimentary alternative suggestion as a kind gesture to help you fill that gap.
● What if my request is "Booked Out"?
If we are unable to secure your specific request because it is sold out:
Full Refund for That Item: You will receive a 100% refund of the service fee and deposit associated with that specific unavailable booking.
Complimentary Alternatives: As a courtesy, we will provide you with 1–2 similar alternative options at no extra charge.
You are under no obligation to book these, but we provide them to ensure your day still runs smoothly.
Prompt Processing: All refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Changes & Cancellations
- Our Booking Fee: Once we have successfully secured a reservation for you, our booking fee is non-refundable. This covers the time and expertise used to coordinate with the venue on your behalf.
- Venue Policies: Any refunds for the actual cost of the activity or accommodation are subject to the specific venue’s own cancellation policy.
- Changes & Re-bookings: If you need to change a date or cancel a confirmed booking after it has been made, an additional service fee ($15/per change and cancellation) will apply to cover the extra coordination required to contact the venue and re-arrange your plans.
- The “Safety Window”: If you request a change before we have reached out to the venue or within the venue’s “free cancellation” period, we will always do our best to assist you fairly, though our initial service fee for the work performed remains.

'Travel Ready' Session

Travel Smarter, Worry Less
This one-time, 60-minute interactive session is designed for anyone but especially for first-time travelers who want to skip the ‘tourist mistakes’ and hit the ground running.
This session covers the practical ‘must-knows’ :
- Navigating trains, stations, and cities smoothly including luggage forwarding (Takkyubin).
- Essential etiquette for dining, hot springs (onsen), and social spaces.
- Finding ATMs, managing trash, and using high-tech (and traditional) facilities.
- Rainy-day strategies, Family travel tips
- Get real-time answers to your specific ‘how-to’ worries.

Japan is full of wonderful surprises, but sometimes things can get “lost in translation.” Whether you’re at a restaurant trying to explain an allergy, at a train station confused by a delay, or just need to understand a sign, we’re here to help.
* This service is only available for clients with an existing itinerary with us.
